Calling all product visionaries! Augmented Robotics is seeking a passionate Electronics Product Launch Manager to join our team in Slovakia. - Develop and execute a comprehensive product launch plan, including market research and competitive analysis.
- Manage the supply chain, ensuring efficient sourcing of components and cost-effective outsourcing of manufacturing.
- Oversee the CE Declaration of Conformity process to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Implement a robust quality assurance program to ensure product quality and safety.
- Design and oversee the production of packaging materials.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse product performance to identify areas for improvement.
Job requirements:
- Proven track record of successfully launching electronic products of any kind.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, cost effective manufacturing outsourcing, CE marking and quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of EU regulations for electronic products and best practices for bringing them to market
- Fluent in English, as all our team members speak English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Desirable requirements:
- Work experience in the toy industry, especially electronic toys
- Experience with electronics manufacturing in China
- Rough understanding of electrical design and Bluetooth specifications
